A.                     Issue

Establishment of a new Business Improvement District (BID) along West North Avenue in East Tosa.

 

 

B.                     Background/Options 

A petition to create a business improvement district (BID) was submitted to the City by five property owners along West North Avenue in the East Tosa area.  Per State Statute, notices about the possible formation of a BID and the September 8, 2025 public hearing were sent by the Clerk’s Office via certified mail to property owners within the proposed district.
