Resolution awarding contracts for emulsion and street patching materials to various vendors for the Spring/Summer 2026 repair season

WHEREAS, the Purchasing Division solicited bids for the supply of emulsion and street patching materials for the 2026 spring/summer repair season, beginning January 2026 and ending approximately November 1, 2026; and
WHEREAS, four bids were received and reviewed, and a tabulation of bid prices is presented in Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Division recommends award to all responsive vendors based upon price, convenience, and availability to ensure operational flexibility and cost efficiency;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa that contracts for emulsion and street patching materials for the 2026 spring/summer repair season are hereby awarded to the vendors listed above in accordance with their submitted bids.
