Resolution approving applications for temporary extensions of licensed premise by Lowlands 6, LLC, d/b/a Buckatabon Tavern & Supper Club, and DRI 7 Tosa Village, LLC, d/b/a Café Hollander, for events on June 5-6, June 28, and September 11-12, 2026

WHEREAS, Lowlands 6, LLC d/b/a Buckatabon Tavern & Supper Club, and DRI 7 Tosa Village LLC, d/b/a Café Hollander, have requested temporary extensions of licensed premises for the following dates and times:
1. June 5, 2026, from 5:00-8:00 p.m., and June 6, 2026, from 10:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
2. June 28, 2026, from 2:00-10:00 p.m.
3. September 11, 2026, from 5:00-11:00 p.m., and September 12, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
WHEREAS, the temporary extended premises is described as follows: Removing existing sidewalk tables along the north wall and setting up tents in their place; and
WHEREAS, the Government Affairs Committee reviewed the applications and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the retail alcohol licensed premises of Lowlands 6, LLC d/b/a Buckatabon Tavern & Supper Club, and DRI 7 Tosa Village, LLC, d/b/a Café Hollander, be extended on the following dates and times:
1. June 5, 2026, from 5:00-8:00 p.m., and June 6, 2026, from 10:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
2. June 28, 2026, from 2:00-10:00 p.m.
3. September 11, 2026, from 5:00-11:00 p.m., and September 12, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the temporary extended premises is described as follows: Removing existing sidewalk tables along the north wall and setting up tents in their place.
