Resolution approving an agreement with the City of Milwaukee regarding construction, operation, and maintenance of roadway and recreational trail facilities located along W. Wisconsin Avenue, within the corporate limits of the City of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; CIP Project #2309, Wisconsin Avenue Multi-Use Path

WHEREAS, the City of Wauwatosa is undertaking CIP Project #2309, the Wisconsin Avenue Multi-Use Path project; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the project includes construction of roadway and recreational trail facilities along W. Wisconsin Avenue within the corporate limits of the City of Milwaukee; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wauwatosa will pay the cost of constructing such facilities, and the agreement establishes operation, maintenance, future change, and ownership responsibilities between the City of Wauwatosa and the City of Milwaukee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa that the proper City officials are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the City of Milwaukee regarding construction, operation, and maintenance of roadway and recreational trail facilities along W. Wisconsin Avenue within the corporate limits of the City of Milwaukee for CIP Project #2309, Wisconsin Avenue Multi-Use Path.
