Request to set a public hearing date of December 15th, 2026 for proposed special assessments for 2027 street and alley improvements.

A public hearing is required as part of the special assessment process for public works projects. This is a request to council to set a public hearing date of December 15th, 2026 for proposed assessments for 2027 street and alley improvements.

Special assessments associated with the 2027 paving projects are included in the 2027-2031 Capital Improvement Program.
