Resolution approving agreement with Grow Solar Milwaukee-Waukesha for use of the City of Wauwatosa logo for the 2026 solar group purchasing program

WHEREAS, in 2017, 2024, and 2026 the Common Council approved the use of the city logo by Grow Solar Greater Milwaukee, a program of the non-profit organization Midwest Renewable Energy Association (MREA) and MREA is looking to utilize the city logo to encourage the installation of solar equipment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa that MREA is authorized to use the City of Wauwatosa logo in 2026 to encourage the installation of solar equipment on both residential and commercial buildings.
