A.                     Issue

Consideration of award of Contract 25-11 / Project 1025, 2025 Alley Reconstruction to Milwaukee General Construction in the amount of $199,542.00.

 

 

B.                     Background/Options 

The project consists of concrete alley replacement, storm sewer installation, sanitary manhole rehabilitation and restoration within the project limits.  Project limits are the alley from N 111th St. to N 109th St between Bluemound Road and Harvard Lane.  The work is planned for the 2025 construction season.  

We have examined the 5 bids submitted for Contract 25-11 / Project 1025, 2025 Alley Reconstruction on Wednesday, April 09, 2025.  The bids received are as follows:

The project is included in the approved 2025-2029 Capital Budget.

 

 

E.                     Recommendation

Staff recommends the award be made to Milwaukee General Construction for their bid price of $199,542.00, this being the lowest and best bid.
