Ordinance amending Subsection 6.08.320 D. of the Wauwatosa Municipal Code removing the maximum on the number of temporary Class B beer licenses that can be issued

Part I.  Wauwatosa Code Subsection 6.08.320 D. is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows:

 

D.                     Not more than two "class B" temporary wine licenses may be issued to the applicant in any twelve-month period. No beer or wine shall be served or sold between the hours of twelve midnight and eleven a.m. under the terms of this license.

 

Part II.  This ordinance shall take effect on and after its date of publication.
