A.                     Issue

Craftspot LLC has appointed a new agent for the Class “B” Beer and “Class B” Liquor license for Grey House Creative Market, 6228 W. State Street.

 

 

B.                     Qualifications 

A criminal background check was conducted. There were no violations that were substantially related to licensing activities and/or no habitual offenses. The Agent met all other qualifications.

 

 

C.                     Requested Action

If acceptable, recommend the Common Council approval the application for appointment of successor Agent, Adrienne Reese, for Craftspot LLC d/b/a Grey House Creative Market, 6228 W. State Street.
