A. Background/Options
The applicant is proposing to combine two adjacent parcels, 7809 Harwood Avenue and 7827 Harwood Avenue, into one large parcel via a Certified Survey Map (CSM) to accommodate a parking lot expansion as part of the proposed St. John's Church expansion as described in the next agenda item. Currently the property to the west is vacant and the property to the east contains St. John's Church.
