WHEREAS, the City of Wauwatosa has a Procurement Equity Policy that requires Tax Increment Financing projects include distressed zip code for hiring inclusion goals and the City of Milwaukee developed a software program to track these hiring goals and offered the city access to the software at a 25-50% savings.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa that the proper city officials be allowed to enter into an intergovernmental agreement for a duration of six years with the City of Milwaukee for access to the Labor Compliance Reporting software.
