Ordinance amending Sec. 11.32.080 of the Wauwatosa Municipal Code to prohibit parking on the east side of Kavanaugh Place from 148-feet north of Gridley Avenue to 166-feet north of Gridley Avenue following completion of a 90-day trial

The Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa do ordain as follows:

 

Part I.  The "Kavanaugh Place - east side " portion of the "Schedule of streets, and portions" subsection of Section 11.32.080 of the Wauwatosa Municipal Code is hereby amended the following:

                     “(a) from 148-feet north of Gridley Avenue to 166 feet north of Gridley Avenue

 

Part II. This ordinance shall take effect on and after its date of publication.
