WHEREAS, the Wauwatosa Village BID, has requested a Special Event Permit and Temporary Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area for the Sip Thursday event to be held on State Street, Harwood Avenue, and Underwood Avenue on October 29, November 5, 12, 19, and December 3, 10, 17, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM; and
WHEREAS, the Temporary Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area will allow patrons to purchase alcoholic beverages in approved to-go containers for consumption within the designated event boundaries.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Special Event Permit and Temporary Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area for the Sip Thursday event are hereby approved for October 29, November 5, 12, 19, and December 3, 10, 17, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, at State Street, Harwood Avenue, and Underwood Avenue.
