Resolution approving a Level Three fund transfer in the amount of $121,000 for the Firefly Grove Wetland grant

WHEREAS, the City has been awarded grant funding for the Firefly Grove Wetland project; and
WHEREAS, the project includes restoration of a 3-acre wetland located on the southeast side of Firefly Grove Park at approximately 116th and Gilbert Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the project will restore wetland function, improve biological conditions, and increase wildlife habitat; and
WHEREAS, a Level Three fund transfer is needed to establish budget and expenditure authority in the Stormwater Fund for the grant-funded portion of the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa that a Level Three fund transfer in the amount of $121,000 is hereby approved to increase revenues and expenditures in the Stormwater Fund for the Firefly Grove Wetland grant.
